When our pals at the almighty Cardinal Fuzz over in the UK asked us about doing a vinyl reissue of our 2016 album “Helios Rising”, how could we say no? We were already gearing up to celebrate the 10th live anniversary of Moths & Locusts coming up in October 2020 so a trip through the M&L archives was already underway when the idea to do a compilation of outtakes, demos, compilation tracks & remixes focusing on the 2015-2016 era of M&L, and thus, “Return To Helios” was born!

We’re taking a journey through the past with this black vinyl LP repress of the 2nd M&L album, 'Helios Rising' from 2016, including the brand new 'Return To Helios' bonus CD with outtakes & demos, a cover of a song by our pals Coal Moon from a cassette compilation, plus remix & live archival recordings from the band's 2015-2016 Helios Rising era. Re-imagined cover art by Brett Savage, and cut from a new vinyl master from Bob Weston. Limited edition of only 150 copies, plus a super deluxe bundle edition of 25, including the last warehouse find copies of the first Moths & Locusts’ album, ‘Mission Collapse In The Twin Sun Megaverse’, updated for this edition in a stunning silkscreened cover, newly designed and printed by Mauro Dalla Costa at UFF Serigraphie.
